Located in Seattle's downtown research and technology neighborhood, South Lake Union. We are a young group of professionals dedicated to client service, creative ideas, out of the box thinking, and solutions. Our commitments to the fundamentals of design process are carried out in every project.

- Adaptive re-use of old Dolly Madison Sewing Co. facility - 1920 building
- Spacious and flooded with natural light most days we do not turn on the lights (surprising for Seattle.. we know!)

- 2 time defending champions of the ,Starchitecture, award at the AIA Architects Without Borders, annual pumpkin carving contest
- Weekly ping-pong tournaments. Good hand-eye coordination is essential to the design dexterity
