CTA Architects Engineers recently hired two new employees to augment the grocery segment of its Retail group.

“Adding these two grocery veterans is going to supercharge an already strong group.” Mike O’Leary, CTA principal and head of the firm’s Retail vertical market, said.

Senior project manager Jim Brennan is a LEED-accredited architect that will assist with specifications, cost estimating, and stringent quality control. Brennan’s career has spanned 41 years and included oversight on nearly 300 grocery projects. Before joining CTA, equipment coordinator Jim Rose spent 26 years overseeing budgeting, purchasing, plan review, and vendor and equipment coordination. His projects have included work on stores and fuel centers throughout the northwest and in California, Texas, and Florida.

Together, Brennan and Rose amassed more than five decades of combined experience at Albertsons LLC.

“We are very excited about the talent and specialization they add to our Retail team, which will directly contribute to CTA’s ability to provide an even higher level of service and help us to address the technical needs of our clients.” O’Leary professed.
