College of Southern Idaho — Campus Master Plans

From College of Southern Idaho’s original master plan in 1966 to three future iterations (including a 2015 version), CTA has been there to help shape CSI’s 240-acre campus each step of the way. Countless built projects have resulted from successful planning and funding, and in the last 20 years, our team has partnered with CSI through the design and construction of over a dozen major campus projects, including the Student Recreation Center, Fine Arts Building, Shields Academic Building, Taylor Administration Building, Student Apartments, and the award-winning, LEED Gold-certified Health and Human Services Building. Jerry Meyerhoeffer, former President of CSI, reflects on this relationship: “We have such a strong confidence in CTA. They’ve helped us make wise decisions. Everyone who comes here comments that this is one of the most beautiful campuses they have ever seen.”
