Project Overview:

Once a small farming community, Kuna is one of Idaho's fastest growing cities, thanks in part to its close proximity to Boise. And although it still has only one stoplight, the population growth has put demands on other public utilities that can't be ignored. The new Waste Water Treatment Plant will provide 13,000 new sewer connections. Future plans will include an effluent pump station providing reuse of water for irrigation. Construction is scheduled to start late 2007 through 2008.
