Penn Field Building J is a planned renovation of an old industrial metal building into small developed commercial work spaces. The building was cut into, much like a slice of pie, to create an entry courtyard and increase day lighting and quality views for the occupants. The materials expressed play off the Penn Field development consisting of industrial but clean and lushly landscaped buildings.
